A little about me...
Born and raised in Detroit, Chuck was a fan of music at a very young age. The purchase of his first single at age 3 with his penny collection started the ball rolling. Piano lessons at age 5, drums by 9, Chuck is a self proclaimed "music junkie"! While in a high school speech class the thoughts of radio began to take shape and soon, fresh out of college, Chuck got his first professional radio job in 1976. Detroit was Chuck's radio home for nearly 30 years with jobs at WABX, WWWW, WLLZ and others, until the water and small town feel of Port Huron and WSAQ beckoned. Chuck and his son Joey, who is an accomplished pianist & singer, couldn't be happier as they now reside in Fort Gratiot and are thoroughly enjoying all that the "Bluewater" area has to offer!

A little about me...
Hmmm well let's start at the beginning I was born in Warren, on May 14th. My hometown is Sterling Heights but I'm very familiar with Port Huron because I used to spend summers here at my grandparents house. I graduated from Utica High School in 1999 and bounced around for a few years working at a laundry list of different places until I enrolled at Specs Howard in Jan of 2004. During the first quarter I interviewd for an internship at 99.5 WYCD in the promotions department and they hired me. SWEET!! Shortly there after I became the intern for the Willhite and Wall morning show and stayed with them until I graduated in Oct of 2004. I got my first ON AIR job in Saginaw at 98fm WKCQ. I filled in overnight and did Saturday and Sunday Mornings. I was with them for about a year when I decided to take some time off and focus on other things. In January of 2008 I was hired at Q Country and now I'm proud to be the host of the overnights. I couldn't be happier to be back in Port Huron and even better on the radio. I love this town and the people here have a charm that you don't find anywhere else. Thanks for listening and feel free to give me a call and request a song!!!
